Anticuchos are Peruvian beef skewers, and one of the country’s most popular street foods. They’re usually made with grilled beef heart, although the marinade would also work really well with pieces of grilled beef. Simply marinade the meat pieces for a couple of hours or overnight, then cook. These are usually cooked over a charcoal grill in Peru, so anticuchos are a perfect barbecue dish!
