Viva Peru in The Sunday Times


We’re delighted to have been mentioned recently in The Sunday Times – we didn’t know ourselves until a happy customer let us know!

The newspaper wrote a great article all about Peruvian food, ending with a recipe from Peruvian superstar chef Gaston Acurio. For his ceviche recipe, you’ll need aji amarillo chillies – which of course we stock right here!
